Legalizing Corruption

We have fought with this menace since 1947. But with blessings of our great leaders corruption is ever growing. Let us put a big full stop to this by literally legalizing it. For example, if you have been stopped for speeding or going into "One Way" and caught by a cop, you will end up in paying him Rs. 50.00 or paying Rs. 500.00 in the mobile court.

The poor cop who stands in Sun and rain all the day gets nothing by catching you if he produces you in the court. So, he makes cut with you and settles the issue for Rs. 50.00. Since, it doesn't pinch you much you are also happy.

But think about this. If a cop catches an offender, he will get a 50% of the fine as a "Tax Free" income, in our example he gets Rs. 250.00 as incentive NOT bribe. So the cop can earn more with dignity.

But people, can argue what if the cop asks for a bribe of Rs. 300.00 to 400.00? One way, its good. It will pinch offender more so the repetion of offence will come down. Meanwhile, an anti-corruption / vigilance officer who is supposed monitor and catch the cop will catch him and get 50% of the corrupted cop's total savings.

Like this, this system will go up from the grassroot level and eradicating corruption.

It is the job of the government ensuring, making good things is easy and making bad things is really tough.
